Complaints
If a problem is starting to develop please don’t hesitate to speak to your child’s teacher straight away. The teachers are available for a quick word in the playground before school every day, or if you would prefer please ring the office and make an appointment to either come in and speak to them or for them to ring you back. If this does not resolve the issue please come and speak to Mr Nelson. In the unlikley event that we can’t sort out the issue, the Department of Education does have a formal complaints procedure, a copy of which can be downloaded below.
