We hope that during your time at our school you will be happy with everything that we say and do. In the unlikely event of you being unhappy please follow the steps below.
1) - Come and have a chat with us at the start or end of the day and let us know what the problem is. We will do our very best to solve it there and then. If we can't solve it there and then we will go away, work on it and come back to your a few days later.
2) - Send us an e-mail or letter, outlining what the problem is. We will acknowledge receipt of your letter or e-mail within 2 working days and aim to meet with you to discuss a solution within 5 working days.
If steps 1 and 2 don't solve the issue then you can ask the Parent Governor (or any other Governor) to assist you. They will be able to meet with you, and if necessary act as a mediator between school and yourself.
