Dear Parent/Guardian of Children in Class 1
Over the coming term we have lots of exciting projects that we will be completing. Below are a couple of requests that we would like you to help us with.
On Wednesday 28th April, can Reception please bring in an item from home that is special to them. We will then have a discussion about each item and allow Reception to explain why it is special to them. Afterwards, the items will be stored somewhere safe until it is time to take them back home at the end of the day.
Our science topic this term is ‘plants’. As part of this topic we will be growing cress heads and we would like to ask if you could kindly begin collecting yogurt pots to send in with your child. The picture below is to give a rough idea of the size we need to create the cress heads.
